How to Stop Sinus Snoring?

  • You can raise the head portion of your bed. This will be helpful in reducing the amount of mucus draining down and blocking your nasal passages. When nasal passages are not blocked, you will not snore.
It is important to treat sinusitis even if you find it is not the cause of your snoring. Left untreated it can cause serious long-term complications. 

These could adversely affect your eyes, nose, or middle ear. It is advisable to visit your doctor for tests to find the cause and get an appropriate treatment plan.
