What is the Best Solution for Snoring?

There are many stops snoring solutions on the market today. Some work well, while others don’t. I have tried many of the products that are available, but I wasn’t getting the results that I wanted. You see my snoring was keeping my partner up at night and I had to find something fast.

I tried the nose strip thing, been there done that… no good. I know there is some sort of mouthpieces that you wear when you sleep, but I’m not even going there. Who the heck is going to want to wear one of those things when you hit the sack?

One exercise I found was to simply close your mouth and act like you are chewing gum. Chew like this for a minute or so at a time. 

To do the exercise correctly, you can make a humming sound as you chew. This will open the throat better. Making a humming sound is not necessary, but it will give the exercise an extra boost.

Make sure your molars on both sides move apart a little and then touch lightly again. Also, keep your lips together the whole time when you practice. This exercise is pretty easy on your jaw because you are not actually chewing anything, but you might still feel a little bit sore at the start. 

Just take it easy at first, maybe chew for only a few seconds in the beginning and then increase the time you exercise.

Give this exercise a try and see if it helps. There are many stop-snoring solutions and throat exercise programs on the market. Do some research before you purchase one.
